Instead, we prioritize creativity and innovation within the methodology, continuing to prioritize variance and transfer of skill. This keeps effort, engagement and intensity high. We are the only program that offers coaching in the form of video review and consistent personalized feedback on a daily basis for twenty dollars a month. We are the only program that also includes over 500 words of notes detailing intent, stimulus and modification recommendations every day for each track. Our attention to detail and commitment to our craft is second to NONE.
We are an online coaching platform & training program that serves athletes as minders of the methodology. We prioritize increasing work capacity across a broad range of time and modal domains. By training with purposeful variance we increase fitness across the board, rather than specializing in one area at the expense of others. We use the CrossFit Open as THE benchmark test of fitness against which we measure our progress. Sentinel is a general physical preparedness program that increases competence in life and dominance in sport. We prepare our athletes for the unknown and unknowable by prescribing varied, unique, creative and FUN workouts that result in devastating fitness.
